Aims and Scope

The International Journal of Management and Organizational Studies (IJMOS) is an open access, peer-reviewed, and refereed journal, published by Society of Management and Human Resource Development (SMHRD). The main objective of IJMOS is to provide a platform for researchers from developing and academically less advanced countries to facilitate and encourage good quality and original research in these parts of the world. The journal publishes research papers in all areas of organizational studies including management, marketing, finance, economics, banking, accounting, human resources management, international business, hotel and tourism, entrepreneurship development, business ethics, corporate governance, cross-cultural studies, public administration etc.

The journal is currently published online only.

IJMOS welcomes original papers, review papers, conceptual papers, analytical work, case studies, empirical research, technical notes, and book reviews. Special Issues devoted to a specific country or a specific important topic will occasionally be published.

Open Access Policy

IJMOS believes in and supports global open access movement. All issues of IJMOS are available online free of cost.

Call for Papers

IJMOS is currently inviting manuscripts for Vol 7 No. 4 March, 2018. Last date of submission for IJMOS 7(1) is December 31, 2017.
